This app is spectacular! It helps me out so much when I do my Japanese homework. Its so easy to understand as well, you would be crazy not to download this app. ^____^

I think the app is very good for studying on the go. You will learn counting, months, family names, and plenty other things. I use this app with the Japanese for busy people series and vocabulearn Japanese. You will have to put in a lot of hard work to retain the information that is in this app. The best thing is that future information will be downloaded to this app making it more valuable. You will enjoy this app.

In general, this is a great app. It covers almost everything you need to know about Japanese learning. And the structure of the app is conveniently designed, though there are still a few marginal errors.

By far the best language app on the store, wish you did other languages. I like how you provide idioms alongside each character, it has proven very useful. Only things Ive disliked thus far is the exclusion of the modified hiragana from the flash cards since they are also important to remember

I like using this app to supplement what I learn in class. I dont always have flash cards with me, but I always have my phone!

I love the app. But it just not enough kanji. Their is only 102 and I am very disappointed. Please add more kanji and ill change my rating!!!!

Very good app for beginners and refreshers....

I am learning Japanese because my fiancés family is from Japan and we have a baby on the way, who we want to raise in a bilingual environment. This program covers all of the hiragana, katakana and a good chunk of kanji. There are limitations to what an iPhone app can teach about a second language but this is a great way to cover the basics.

I really havent seen any really good language learning programs. This app has links to video content but I cannot get them to work. There is a lot of content but it is not organized very well.

I used the free version for quite a while and was happy to see all of the expanded content in the full version. I would like to see more kanji.

Check out Mango Languages, it does tons of languages and is great at teaching. Best part is its free if you have a library card!

I love this app. Im taking Japanese in college right now (I plan to minor in Japanese) and this is a great tool to help me study. However, none of the videos work for me. Theres an entire section of the app missing because of this, and its a big enough problem to reduce my rating to 3 stars. Please fix this.

Great upgrade. But for some reason i cant scroll all the way down on the hiragana and katakana section. So im unable to finish up. Help?

I love learning new languages in school but this is the first app that guides you through grammar, nearly every word you need to know (and many you dont), as well as giving you facts about culture!

Good app for learning Japanese. Would recommend it to other who are serious about learning Japanese.
